These terms govern your use of the Honu Backflow Testing, LLC website and the scheduling of backflow testing services. By booking a test or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide certified backflow prevention assembly testing and related services. Test results reflect the condition of the assembly at the time of testing. Scheduling is subject to availability and may be adjusted with reasonable notice.

Appointments & access

You are responsible for providing safe access to the backflow assembly and water shutoff. If we cannot access the assembly at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule.

Compliance

While we file reports in the format required by the local water authority, you are responsible for maintaining ongoing compliance, including scheduling required annual testing. Our reminders are a courtesy and do not transfer that responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
